Video Poker is a popular game that is able to be bet on in casinos throughout the world, or alternatively at your house on your home computer, using a net connection. The game rules are very simple and consist of the player attempting to achieve the greatest assemblage of cards as you can in order to acquire money. Typically, the minimum winning hand on an Electronic Poker machine is a pair of jacks with the prize money growing for each better hand. A common list of winning hands starts with jacks or better, moving on to 2 pairs, 3 of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, 4 of a kinds, straight flushes and last but not least royal flushes. It definitely goes without saying that the payment schedule can change from game to game, so that skillful bettors are able to select the most money-making machine every time.

Once the initial round has played out, the player can either choose to stay on and try to to maximize their earnings, or press the ‘collect’ button to cash out any money that has been won. Additionally, some versions of the game allow the gambler a chance to increase their profits, in which situation a further game is played. There are also variations between individual games, with some decks of cards including wild cards and other varying characteristics to increase playability.
