Like to bet on video poker games? Walk into any betting house in Las Vegas and 1 item you will quickly notice is that the betting houses spend a ton of layout space on machines. A lot of that layout goes to Video Poker. If you have bet on electronic Poker for even a bit of time, you understand that not all machines were created equal. As time has gone by, more and more "specialty" electronic poker machines have come into being. Today, I am going to share some of my electronic Poker hints, I belief you will enjoy them.

Trick One: Finding a decent game

Finding a good game is as simple as looking at the pay out schedule. You actually want to stay away from unique pay games that have larger top payouts, but minimize the lower pay outs. For instance, a machine could pay a little more on four of a kind, but will pay a lot less on two pair, flushes and full houses. Since you will rack up lower scale pay outs often, mainly because of the odds of receiving these hands, you want a great lower scale pay out system.

Hint 2: Wagering strategy

Discovering how to play optimally is a must. Your gambling technique will, in the end, decide your typical return and your finishing bank roll value. Comprehending what action to take in a situation where you have, e.g., two Kings, but four to the flush is vital. Do you hold the Kings and the assured cash or roll the dice for the harder to hit flush? Competing on a great machine with an excellent tactic will give you an amazing chance to earn cash over the long term.

Hint 3: It’s random

For a while, I have watched people play Video Poker in Las Vegas using all sorts of groundless movements. Most will just use cold coins to wager, other will depress the buttons with gusto, some will hit the game with their money before betting and the list continues on and on. Every hand is built by a random number generator (RNG). The second you begin to play, the hand is set in rock. The machine will randomly choose all the cards from a deck and hand them out.

Pointer 4: There’s Absolutely no Recollection

This is a very important one. Many gamblers think that if they begin to observe hands with 3 of a kind, 4 to the royal and so forth that the bigger hands are due any moment. This is simply wrong. As described in hint 3, the process uses a random number generator to build the hands. The game has no recollection. It doesn’t know that you have not received a full house in 400 hands or that you have just had three, four of a kind hands in a row. It is conceivable you could go 100k hands without a 4 of a kind and it is very likely to receive 10 in a row. The machine doesn’t track, because at the end of it all, the numbers are a wash.

I hope these tricks have helped you grow as a Video Poker player. Myths on how the game operates can be a lot more deadly than merely wagering incorrectly. I have seen folks spend (and lose) hundreds of dollars on a machine just because they thought the machine had a memory and was "due" to hit. Do not become trapped like this. Be aware that Video Poker is just luck and needs to be played correctly. Now, go enjoy yourself.
